Crawfish Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

1 lb. Crawfish tails

1/2 lb. curly noodles

1/2 C finely chopped onions and celery

Dressing:

1/2 C oil (not olive oil)

5 tablespoons red wine vinegar

4 tablespoons sour cream

1 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard (Mom uses Creole)

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons finely chopped onions tops

2 garlic cloves, crushed

Black pepper to taste

Chill 24 hours or more.  Lasts almost a week.
